-Make sure when typing in name/names on our custimizable pieces it is exactly how you want it to appear on your item when placing your order.

-No refunds will be given if the order matches what is submitted.

- Most items are custom hand made orders. We use BB Blanks, ARB Blanks, or AJ Blanks. We keep a huge stock pile of blanks but sometimes blanks are out of stock. If this is the case we will notify you of the ETA or issue a refund. We Try our best to make sure all items that are available online are accurate with what we have in stock.

- TAT on all orders placed through the website is 10-12 business day unless stated otherwise. This does not include weekends or holidays. Need a rush on your order? Message us and we will be glad to see how we can assist you.
